…and Hayward didn’t like it.
Here we have Delonte West giving Gordan Hayward a “Wet Willie”. At first glance it may look like West is merely putting his finger on or near Hayward’s ear, so just for good measure West went ahead and explained what he was doing in a post game interview.“I was giving him a wet Willie, that’s all,” West said. “He had some lint in his hair.“We were two warriors. We...
Honestly I don’t know what to make of this thing. Most of you have probably heard by now that Delonte West fouled Gordon Heyward the other day during the Mavs/Jazz game. West seemed pretty flustered by it so he decided to give Heyward and old school Wet Willy. Yes, he actually put his finger in his mouth and then put it in Heyward’s ear.
My favorite quote about this...
Mavericks guard Delonte West has been fined $25,000 by the NBA for jabbing his finger into the ear of Jazz swingman Gordon Hayward during the second quarter of Utah's 123-121 triple-overtime win over Dallas on Monday.
The NBA issued the fine Wednesday, calling it a ''physical taunt.''
West had been called for fouling Hayward away from the ball then walked after...
There have already been a number of questionable hits and plays in this year's NHL playoffs. None of them, however, compared to the atrocity that took place Monday night in Utah. That's according to the Root Sports broadcast team, however. "Tell me the referee didn't see that!" one member of the broadcast team said. "That's unbelievable. He should be...

West was punished for his actions during Monday's game, when he stuck in finger in the ear of Hayward.
A technical foul was assessed against West, but he was not ejected from the contest.
Apparently Delonte forgot his meds last night, because that’s the only explanation I can think of for what he did. Either that or Heyward poses a passing resemblance to Lebron’s mom.
During last night's Dallas Mavericks/Utah Jazz affair, Mavericks guard Delonte West got into an altercation with Utah forward Gordon Heyward.During that said altercation, West decided to pull out the old schoolyard trip of giving Heyward, "A Wet Willie" which Gordon wasn't exactly appreciative of.The referees didn't like it either and West got a technical foul:
Monday night, Dallas Mavericks star Delonte West got himself a crazy technical for giving Gordon Hayward, of the Utah Jazz, a "wet willy".During the second quarter, Hayward drew a foul on West. As Hayward walked away, West followed and, all of sudden, he stuck his finger in his ear and pushed him.For a minute, referees didn't see the incident, but ended up reviewing...
The circus that is the Dallas Mavericks continued with Delonte West giving Gordon Hayward of the Utah Jazz a wet willy type ear probe.

What is Rick Carlisle teaching these guys? First Vince Carter burps-n-blows in Rudy Gay’s face. Now Delonte West is getting a technical foul for giving Gordon Hayward a Wet Willie!
Those Utah Jazz broadcasters were as upset as Utah Jazz broadcasters can get! They wanted West ejected! Shame on you Delonte West. Picking on that goofy-looking...
The Dallas Mavericks are the defending NBA Champions, and they currently sit with a record of 34-26. That is good enough to be positioned with the sixth seed out West right now, but also only 2 1/2 games ahead of the hard-charging Suns who occupy the ninth spot. The Maverick players are saying their goal is to repeat at the moment, and I am sure they want too, but it is hard to argue...
Oh yes he did!! On Monday night as the Jazz topped the Mavs 123-121, Delonte West took a break from bangin' LeBron's mom to bust out an old-school maneuver on Gordon Hayward.
