Denver Nuggets: George Karl For Coach Of The Year George Karl of the Denver Nuggets has been the NBA’s best coach in the NBA this year deserves to win Coach of the Year. He has led the Nuggets to the third best record in the Western Conference and fourth best in the NBA, despite not one All Star on the team, or a player even averaging 17 points per game. He shuffled a 9 man lineup and gave every player a role that they stuck to. Having a team with no superstar, it is hard to win as often as they did, but with his 9 man lineup he had different players step up on a nightly basis. Most players in the NBA would have a problem with uneven roles and minutes, but there were few complaints from those players, who sometimes received 30 minutes and sometimes received 10. They were ready when called upon and played their roles to perfection. He had an NBA best 9 players average at least 18 minutes and also an NBA 9 players average at least 8 points per game.
