Amidst the “Greatest Laker Debate”, the Los Angeles Lakers get their second road win on their six-game roadie last night in overtime against their arch nemesis, the Boston Celtics 88-87.
With the relevance of this rivalry being questioned for the first time in four years, the all-star snubs became the hot bed topic of the evening. And one individual, in particular, took it upon himself to show that he is still made of ”All-Star Metal.”
After hearing that he didn’t make his 5th all-star team, Pau Gasol put on an all-star like performance, scoring 25 points and grabbing 14 rebounds. Whether they were jump shots or tip in dunks from missed shots, The Spaniard looked like the Gasol of old.
