THE HOUSE - The Pacers proved once again why they need Mike Dunleavy in their beat down on Friday.
The Miami Heat forced the Pacers to play a slower tempo and they didn't allow them to get open shots.
The Pacers aren't a team built on being able to create off the dribble (they're actually not built to do a lot of things). A player like Dunleavy constantly moves off the ball and causes the defense to react to his ability to cut backdoor and curl off screens.
There's not one healthy player on the Pacers' roster that does that well.
Right now, the Pacers have a group of players not playing in their element. There are guys trying to create off the dribble. That's not going to work.
At one point, they were posting Dahntay Jones up down low.
Huh?
That's not Jones' game. Jones is an athletic player that's better suited in transition. I'll say this about Jones, though. He at least is trying to be aggressive. The same can't be said about a ...
