Dwight Howard loves to have a good time. I still think the #1 reason he didn’t get along with Kobe and want to stay in LA is because he wanted to do stuff like this and have his team this it was cool. At heart, he just wants to be a big kid. Hit your two step young Dwight.
Just don’t be surprised when the Houston media calls your antics clownish when you don’t deliver a title in the next 2 years.

Dwight is the perfect fit for the Rockets
The Houston Rockets lost their first pre-season game against the New Orleans Pelicans but the team’s fans have lots of reasons to be optimistic rather than disappointed. That’s because they had a chance to enjoy a dominant Dwight Howard in his first game with the Rockets’ uniform.

In case you didn’t know, the Houston Rockets are in the Philippines to play the Indiana Pacers and before the game begins, it appears that Dwight Howard decided to do a little bit of singing at a team event.

Earlier today, the Houston Rockets scored a victory over the Indiana Pacers at a preseason game played at the Mall of Asia arena in the Philippines.
During the game, Dwight Howard (who defected from the Lakers in the offseason) heard some boos along with some chants of the name of a former teammate:
There were also scattered chants of “Kobe! Kobe!” in reference to Lakers superstar...
Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard is already feeling comfortable enough around his new teammates to start joking around with them. To illustrate this point, Howard uses a slick move to wrap his arm around the back of Jeremy Lin's head and start rubbing his ear without being caught during Saturday's NBA preseason game against New Orleans.
It's all fun and games...
Dwight Howard is preparing for his first season with the Houston Rockets, and he's showing off his skills on the court and on the stage.
Howard performed R. Kelly's 1996 hit "I Believe I Can Fly" during the Rockets' recent trip to the Philippines.

But that wasn't all.
He also showed off some of his dance moves...
Dwight Howard has followed LeBron James into the NBA, into infamy, and now, he hopes, to redemption.
The media and fans skewered Howard for his two year odyssey through free agency, making him persona non grata in the NBA world. Reclaiming his reputation as one of the NBA's funny guys, jokesters and light hearted players will be a long journey. Eventually, winning cures all...
Unfortunately, unlike Dwight Howard who could be wooed with strippers and lower child support payments, it is the Texans who will make the final call on who will be their QB of the future.
He gets an A for effort though.

When Dwight Howard was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, former NBA center Kareem Abdul-Jabbar stepped in to help Dwight Howard in the post. This relationship was expected to be […]
During his time in Orlando, Dwight Howard was known as a bit of a prankster and it looks like that has transferred to his time with the Houston Rockets.

Dwight Howard and Stan Van Gundy‘s relationship did not end well in Orlando. Before Howard’s unnecessarily drawn out exit was complete, Van Gundy had been fired — reportedly in accordance with Howard’s wishes — and the franchise was thrust into a black hole that led to the Magic posting the worst record in the NBA last season.
If there are any hard feelings, though, it...
Jeremy Lin was the victim of two pranks during Houston’s first preseason game against the Pelicans Saturday, first getting what looks to be a wet willy from Dwight Howard, and later getting his butt grabbed by Chandler Parsons as he went to sit down on the bench.

The Houston Rockets added Dwight Howard to a talented young team that made the playoffs last season, but their roster remains a work in progress.
"We're not all the way there, we're not a finished team," Daryl Morey said. "We're going to be experimenting. We want to be a great team by mid-April."
Omer Asik is the player on the Rockets' roster most...
Last week, the rebuilding Orlando Magic told an aging and expensive Hedo Turkoglu to stay home, a move that will no doubt lead to his release and a buyout. For most, this will pass as an expected and not particularly important event. Orlando projects to be a bottom-three team with or without Turkoglu.
Magic and Turkoglu fans, on the other hand, might get a little more sentimental...
For a franchise that proudly carries the motto of “championship or bust”, the following may sounds a little strange: the Los Angeles Lakers are 33/1 to the win the 2014 NBA championship, according to NBA Betting Odds.
Gone are the days when the Lakers are the favorites – at least for now.
Seeing as the team was swept out of the playoffs just five months ago – and they lost...
I love this! Remember back to the Bird vs Jordan Big Mack commercial that started it all. We didn't see who got the Big Mac and we can only assume that it was a tie. Or, maybe it was Magic Johnson who snuck in and ate it. And then there was the copycat one with Dwight Howard and LeBron James.
Bird got the Big Mac in that one. And now this one. Larry gets the wings from...
