Los Angeles Lakers center Dwight Howard witnessed a team with great chemistry Friday night in the Lakers' 107-102 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers, which he says he wants for the Lakers.
"Those guys on the Clippers team, they really enjoy each other off the court and it shows," Howard said Saturday via ESPN.
Howard says the Lakers still need to find their chemistry...
Although it seems pretty bad, Dwight Howard is saying his shoulder injury isn't as bad as everyone is making it out to be. The Los Angeles Lakers announced that Howard had a torn labrum in his shoulder, but Howard clarified yesterday. He said the injury is actually a separation from the bone - still a tear, though in medical terms.Dave McMenamin of ESPN Los Angeles says...
The Los Angeles Lakers are not doing well. They are continually losing as they attempt to find their ways, if possible. The future of being in the NBA Playoffs this coming Spring 2013 is not looking too bright at the moment. At first they blamed their coach and he got [...]
What’s the best assist in Steve Nash’s career? This one from last night in Houston during the Lakers 125-112 loss. Even on a milestone night where he eclipsed the 10,000 career assist mark, the magician pulled a fast one on teammate Metta World Peace. After exiting the huddle Nash wiped his nose/mouth, both arms and both armpits.
Metta, who appeared to witness the whole sweat...
The Dwight Howard experiment has gone very wrong in LA, so far. Is it because of his back, the coach, Kobe or Dwight himself is anyone’s guess.
It could be a combination of all that.
Things will go from bad to worse if his shoulder injury is anything serious. Here is what Dwight had to say.
“I would like to play but I just want to make sure that my shoulder is good to go,”...
Kobe Bryant was introspective after after the Lakers' 107-102 loss Friday to the Clippers.
Funny stuff. Somebody remixed Sarah McLachlan’s PSA for the ASPCA into a PSA for trading Pau Gasol. The video has gone viral over the last 48 hours and is guaranteed to make you laugh:
Things are not going as planned this season for the Los Angeles Lakers, and fans are none too pleased. The Lakeshow have managed a paltry 15-18 record even with the additions of Dwight Howard and Steve Nash. While we believe that it is easily no one player which is the root of the problem, this plea to have Gasol fired is pretty phenomenal. The icing on the cake is the Sarah McLachlan...
Just so everyone is aware, the Los Angeles Lakers lost, again. They were beat up by the Rockets and their problem may have been due to the lineup they put out on the court. The team is missing Dwight Howard and Pau Gasol, and we all know that Kobe Bryant can be a ball-hog at times, but this was taking it to another level. For what it is worth, this was Chris Webber’s suggestion H/T Game On!
Kobe Bryant vs. Dwight Howard
So much for the rumored fight between Los Angeles Lakers stars Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard. Bryant posted this photo to his Twitter page today.
"The mamba vs d12 !! It's on lol," Bryant wrote.
How dare they put Mike D'Antoni in the middle. Can we get this signed for WrestleMania, Vince McMahon?
No Dwight Howard or Pau Gasol. No big draft trade, no superstar, no hope. This was the reality for every Houston Rocket fan. Local radio shows laughed at the Omer Asik signing, not knowing of his defensive dominance. Linsanity was to make money and be bad enough to get a top 3 draft pick in next year’s draft. Trading for James Harden gave people hope, but just enough to know...
Magic Johnson, Steve Nash and Chris Paul star in the new “Unbelievable is BIG” commercial where Clippers point guard Cp3 is “the disappearing act”:
While Metta World Peace tried to do his part, the Los Angeles Lakers couldn't overcome the loss of three frontcourt players, including a pair of All-Stars, during their opener to a brief road trip through Texas.
The Lakers will attempt to end that two-game trek on a more positive note Wednesday night but have the daunting task of trying to snap the San Antonio Spurs' 10...
