Free agent point guard Earl Watson has agreed to a one-year contract with the Portland Trail Blazers, his agent, Mark Bartelstein, said. Watson will earn $1.4 million in his new deal, a league source told RealGM. Watson, 34, averaged two points and four assists last season for the Utah Jazz, his 12th season in the NBA.
