The Wizards typically don’t practice after back-to-back games, but Coach Flip Saunders decided to have a short practice on Tuesday in Orlando with the team still in need of its first win.
Saunders was pleased with the effort his team the night before in Boston, where the Wizards lost, 100-92, and had to go the final 46 minutes, 46 seconds after he received two technical fouls and got ejected for arguing a non-call on Rashard Lewis.

Well, we will just put that on Trevor Booker's resume. No wonder Flip Saunders is always looking to get ejected in the first quarter. John Wall to request a trade in 2013 or 2014?

Washington Wizards forwad Jan Vesely participated in three-on-three drills at the end of practice on Thursday, and the No. 6 overall pick said he’s getting close to making his debut as he heals from a hip ailment that has plagued him since the last day of training camp.

He was kicked out, apparently, for playing basketball. Oh, the humanity. And all the people.
