Thunder forward Kevin Durant is often compared to former San Antonio player George Gervin.
But what does Gervin think about all that?
Well, the former guardforward for the Spurs in the 1970s and 80s said Durant will be, "Much better than me," on ESPNs First Take.
Gervin was a nine-time All-Star and averaged 25.1 points for his career, including getting 32.3 for the 1981-82 season. He led the league in scoring four times. Durant has led the league in scoring three times and is averaging 26.6 points per game in his six years
"He can flat out play the game and he loves the game, so that's why I say his potential is scary," Gervin said. "He's very accurate."
