Frank Ntilikina to Make Regular Season Debut, Miller & McGowens Ruled Out
USA TODAY Sports

Bryce McGowens (L Hip Flexor Strain) and Brandon Miller (Low Back), who were initially listed as questionable for the Charlotte Hornets' game against the New Orleans Pelicans, have been rule out alongside Gordon Hayward (L Calf) and Mark Williams (Low Back).

Veteran guard Frank Ntilikina will make his regular season debut with the Hornets after missing the first 37 games recovering from a fractured tibia that he suffered in the preseason.

In 47 games with the Dallas Mavericks last season, Ntilikina averaged 2.9 points, 1.3 rebounds, 1.2 assists in roughly 13 minutes per contest. The 25-year-old was the 8th overall pick by the New York Knicks in the 2017 NBA Draft, but failed to live up to expectations. He appeared in 211 games with the team and made 55 starts in four seasons, posting just 5.5 points per game.

The Hornets and Pelicans will tip things off tonight at 8 p.m. EST.
