The Phoenix Suns recalled guard Diante Garrett from Bakersfield of the NBA Development League on Monday. Garrett averaged 15.1 points, 7.4 assists and 1.7 steals in seven games for the Jam after he was sent down on Jan. 10. In six games with the Suns this season, he is averaging 0.8 points and 1.2 assists.
