It has been two days since the press release heard around the (Warriors’) world. We don’t know much more now than we did then, but those willing to engage in a little reading of tea leaves based on the circulating rumors could reach some interesting conclusions. The usual disclaimers apply here — I’m connecting dots based on my own speculation — but until we get some actual sale news, there’s nothing much more for us to do.
Since Monday, here’s what we’ve learned (both reports and rumors):

Larry Ellison is rumored to have had a deal in place with Cohan twice, only to have Cohan back out both times.
