NBA 24/7 365:
Anyone who plays basketball in front of thousands of people for a living is going to end up getting photographed and/or videotaped in some compromising positions and/or doing some pretty weird looking stuff. It’s simply inevitable (…isn’t that right, Kobe Bryant?). That being said, Glen Davis seems to appear in various types of unusual photos and videos much more frequently than his peers. For instance, I recently posted a video of Davis getting his open-mouthed face so close to that of Aaron Gray that it looked like he was trying to eat the Raptors’ center. Now, just a few days later, he’s at it again (not eating people, just doing something strange):
First of all, Orlando’s 20-point loss to Brooklyn appears to have had all the lulz and I officially regret not watching it. Secondly, how is this not a foul? I understand that Davis prevented Wallace from landing awkwardly, but you can’t grab people out of midair, throw them over your shoulder like a sack of potatoes, and place them out of bounds, regardless of whether or not it impacts the play in any way.
Also, Glen, get your hand out the damn cookie jar.

Glen “Big Baby” Davis wants opposing teams to know that he’s IN the battle but he’s actually a lover not a fighter. During Monday nights Magic game against the Nets. Big Baby tried to foul but caught him and gingerly placed him out of bounds.
Well wasn’t that thoughtful. The Nets win this one by 20. 97-77.
GOOD FOR KRIS
You may remember the Foot Locker commercials over the summer starring Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Love, Russell Westbrook and James Harden, which included my favorite commercial “Tear-Away.” Now Foot Locker is at it again with this commercial, “Mirror” starring Harden and Kris Humphries; I love the joking nature of the Humphries segment…you know, cool guy and [...]The post James...
It's not often that you get to see an NBA player catch another but during Monday night's Brooklyn Nets/Orlando Magic affair, Orlando's Glen Davis came up holding Brooklyn's Gerald Wallace. The moment happened in the third quarter of play and watch as Glen catches "Crash" after a drive attempt:
Thanks to TotalProSports…Two nights ago, Davis’s Orlando Magic were in Brooklyn to take on the Nets. About halfway through the third quarter, the home team’s Deron Williams corralled a rebound in the defensive zone and hit a streaking Gerald Wallace with a pass. Wallace then took it straight to the basket, where he was met by the hard-charging Big Baby Davis. How precious isn’t it?
James Harden and his crew know that Foot Locker is bringing new heat everyday. Not everyone got the message, like Harden’s friend Maurice, who wore the same shoes twice and got banished to Kris Humphries’ mirror-watching entourage:
Sometimes NBA players have nowhere to hid from flying balls and during tonight's Orlando Magic/Brooklyn Nets game, Nets forward Andray Blatche took one right to the mug. With less than three minutes to play, Orlando reserve Kyle O'Quinn was trying to save a possession and fired a ball going out of bounds at Blatche. That's when Andray world got a little shook up:
Welcome to the first installment of my weekly post where I, Scott from Crabdribbles.com, bring to you the best performance and top five plays from the past week in the D-League. It’s pretty simple, really — if you play well and your team wins, you have a good chance to secure the week’s top honors. And as far as the to five plays plays go, simply throw down a thunderous dunk...
NEW YORK (AP) -- Like Brooklyn bullies, the Nets love picking on the little guys.
They beat Orlando four times this season and are 17-0 against teams that were under .500 when they played them.
Now the big boys are coming to Barclays Center.
Deron Williams had 20 points and nine assists, and the Nets beat the Magic 97-77 on Monday night for their eighth straight home victory....
The Nets hope Brook Lopez, Deron Williams, or Joe Johnson will be named to the team as Rajon Rondo's replacement.
P.J. Carlesimo is convinced after a month on the job: The Brooklyn Nets are a winning team.
He still needs to see, even after one of the best months in franchise history, if they can consistently be one against the teams already at that level.
Well, here comes their chance.
The Nets begin a tough three-game stretch Wednesday night against LeBron James and the NBA champion Miami...
Game time: 7:30 PM ET
TV: FOX Sports Florida
The Brooklyn Nets have been playing better basketball under interim coach P.J. Carlesimo, but have dropped two in a row after having problems defending the paint. The outlook for the Orlando Magic appears much worse, as they've lost five straight heading into a five-game road trip.
Brooklyn will try to shore up its interior defense...
The Brooklyn Nets (27-18) had their way with the Orlando Magic (14-30) in just about every aspect of last night's game. The final score was 97-77, but you got the feeling that the gap would have been even bigger if the Nets hadn't gone third-string for much of the final quarter. It was clear that these were two teams heading in opposite directions.
The Magic are heading...
