In case you’re wondering what Miami Heat center Greg Oden has been up to during his summer vacation, it appears that he has taken up the game of beach volleyball.
In the below video clip, Oden delivers an impressive spike at the net where sadly the opponent on the other side had little chance of stopping it:

The news we have all been waiting for since NBA Free Agency opened up at 12:01 Tuesday morning. No, the Big 3 have not signed their deals yet but we could be getting an indication on what kind of deals they could be signing.

Since opting out of their contracts Wade, LeBron, Bosh, and the Miami Heat are now looking to
retool the team. With a deep free agency class their bond to make some surprise moves. One guy

Will the Big 3 accept a pay cut to improve the roster that lost to the Spurs in 5 games? Wade is no where near a top guy anymore, or at least top 5-20 player as he once was. Chris Bosh is a shell of the player he was, or at least against real big man talent. These guys in reality are worth 10-12 million a year, and James is a max guy of course. Many believe the wheels are turning...

I‘ve never been more confused about the NBA than I am right now. Watching LeBron James opt out and then somehow get Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh to follow suit is creating the strangest NBA off-season in the history of the league. I don’t know if I can come up with a cohesive all-encompassing narrative about it all, so let’s look at some of it a bit at a time.
How in the world...
