Found January 10, 2013 on Project Spurs:
As Project Spurs reported, Spanish team Bilbao was reportedly interested in acquiring Adam Hanga (San Antonio Spurs 2011 NBA Draft pick) in order to stock pile talent heading into the Eurocup and were looking to buy out Hanga's contract with his current team, Manresa of the ACB League. However, according to Hungarian site Sport24.hu, Hanga's agent said he is not aware of any offer to buy out Hanga's current contract by Bilbao and there are no developments to report. As of now, Hanga will remain with Manresa. Hanga is averaging 9.9 points, 1.9 assists, 3.7 rebounds, shooting 45.5% from the field in 24 minutes per game in the Spanish League. If the report had been true, it's not difficult to see why Bilbao would be interested in adding Hanga to the roster. He is young and an exciting player who has ridiculous upside and is a highlight factory. His overall performance these past two season's will certainly shape if San Antonio does decide to bring him to the NBA. He more than likely will be invited to the Spurs Summer League squad where he will get a chance to show his skills against NBA-quality talent

Spurs’ DeJuan Blair Available?

It’s no surprise that DeJuan Blair may be moved prior to the trade deadline on February 21. The San Antonio Spurs have been shopping him for quite some time, and nearly traded him in June. In the days leading up to the 2012 NBA Draft, the Spurs spoke to a number of teams about the 23-year-old big man. They nearly sent Blair to the Miami HEAT, but the deal fell apart. Now, San Antonio...

Stephen Jackson loses cool, gets ejected

Stephen Jackson had 14 points in a San Antonio Spurs win against the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday night. If you saw the game, that good performance Jackson had was overshadowed by him losing his cool in the 4th quarter with less than four minutes to go. Jackson was upset that he didn't get a call from the referee against Kobe Bryant which would've given him two free...

Bloomberg says he pushed Jackson

Stephen Jackson returned to the San Antonio Spurs’ lineup on Monday against the New Orleans Hornets after missing a game with a sprained ankle. His injury was one of the more bizarre ones in the NBA. NBA Ref admits he’s stalling for a TV commercial

Well this is awkward.  NBA ref Billy Kennedy called over Mark D’Antoni and Gregg Popovich in the Los Angeles Lakers-San Antonio Spurs game to tell him that TV thought the Lakers called a 20-second timeout when they had really called a full-timeout.  This led to Kennedy saying that he was meeting with them to stall for TV, but little did he know they were already back and this...

Video: Diaw's impressive behind the back pass

Known for his versatility, Boris Diaw has characteristics of each position on the court. San Antonio Spurs End 2012 With 82-37 Record

Eighty-two wins and 37 losses in a calendar year is not bad for some old guys. But there’s no championship or NBA Finals appearance to show for it, so far. The strike-shortened season of 2011-12 created an unusual schedule, with games bundled more closely on the sports calendar. The Spurs were 47-15 in the regular season (50-16 overall, counting games before 2012 began) and 10...
