New Orleans Hornets guard Austin Rivers rolled his right ankle during the team’s preseason finale Friday night against the Miami Heat, reports Jimmy Smith of NOLA.com.New Orleans Hornets guard Austin Rivers appeared to badly roll his injured right ankle again Friday night with 1:33 remaining in the third quarter of the team's exhibition finale against the Miami Heat.Earlier in the week Rivers sustained a similar issue to his same ankle when he sprained it following a layup attempt against the DallasMavericks. He was able to return for Friday’s game, but his second injury appeared as just as “gruesome” as Monday’s, according to Smith. Still, Rivers was able to walk off the court under his own power following the injury.Rivers was set to undergo testing yesterday, but the team hasn’t yet released the results.
