We Talk Fantasy Sports:
The Sacramento Kings and Houston Rockets have pulled off a six player deal that will send 1st round draft pick Thomas Robinson to the Rockets, in exchange for Patrick Patterson. The Kings will also send forwards Tyler Honeycutt and Francisco Garcia to Houston. In return, the Rockets will receive guard Toney Douglas and center Cole Aldrich. In a separate move, Marcus Morris will join his brother Markieff in Phoenix in exchange for a second round draft pick. The Rockets clear up some of their clutter at the PF position and will most likely call up Royce White from the D-League.For fantasy owners, Thomas Robinson should see a boost in production as he now has two guards who can penetrate the lane in Jeremy Lin and James Harden who can feed him the ball in a position to score some easy hoops. I doubt that Honeycutt and Garcia will get much playing time in Houston but that's something to watch.Patrick Patterson will get his 30 minutes per night still but don't expect much of an increase in production. He will be playing with guards who look to shoot first in Isiah Thomas, Tyreke Evans, Jimmer Fredette and Marcus Thorton. Also this guys named DeMarcus Cousins will be demanding the ball.Toney Douglas might get a big boost in playing time and Tyreke Evans could shift to the SF position so it would be wise to add him to your roster if you need guard play. He has shot the ball extremely well this year from beyond the arc.Cole Aldrich is another player that will most likely see an instant boost in playing time as the Kings have just Chuck Hayes in the big man rotation. I wouldn't add him just yet, but definitely keep your eyes on that as it plays itself out.I FULLY expect Marcus Morris to get minutes in Phoenix as they continue to look for NEW players under new head coach Lindsay Hunter.Sacramento Kings fans reactions Houston Rockets fans reactions Phoenix Suns fans reactions

Jeremey Lin has been a Houston Rocket for seven months and in the NBA for the better part of two and a half years. Lin who was undrafted and had to work his way into the position he’s in, still struggles to understand the business part of the game.

Tweet Unless they’re Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard, NBA players sometimes develop bonds with their teammates. They spend a lot of time together practicing and on the road and form friendships with one another. Apparently that’s the case with the Houston Rockets, as Jeremy Lin said he didn’t feel like playing after the Rockets traded [...]
HOUSTON James Harden had the audacity to act normal Wednesday night. He just came out of the shower, got dressed, gave his beard a good once over with his palm and acted like he wasn't walking away from a building he just burned to the ground.
"That's how I play," he said after Houston's 122-119 win over Oklahoma City. "If you watch, all 50 games that...

Tweet Granted Jeremy Lin hasn’t been in the NBA a long time, just 120 games, but at some point during his 3,064 minutes played you’d think he would have gotten angry enough at a non-call or done something to warrant a technical foul, right? Wrong. During the Houston Rockets’ 122-119 victory over the Oklahoma [...]
HONORING AN ALUM
Same night as he scores 46 for Rockets
Rather than pointing out the obvious and saying the Maloofs are cheap pieces of craptastic amphibious lowlife ****, I'll just leave them out of this. We know they are worthless. Yesterday proved it yet again. The NBA was thrilled to hear they "agree" to sell the team to Hansen because if nothing else it illustrates one thing: They will have to sell to whomever the NBA...

The Houston Rockets ended up beating the Oklahoma City Thunder by 3 points. James Harden finished with 46 points on 14-of-19 shooting and this half court ‘shot’ to end the third quarter. It was a half-court shot as Harden pulled up and squared to the basket. Cold blooded shot and game against his former team.
