- Saying the Houston Rockets had a productive offseason is beyond an understatement. Quite frankly, the Houston Rockets probably had the best offseason in the NBA.
They signed the most heralded free agent from this year’s class, perennial All-Star, Dwight Howard. Howard is coming off of the most difficult season of his career, at least if you’re accounting for what he dealt with on and off the court.
