CLEVELAND -- It was only a matter of time before Jeremy Pargo erupted for a 28-point night in a Cavaliers victory. Or something. OK, lets be honest, no one expected Pargos 11-for-19 shooting, 28 points or three-pointers from way, way out. But Pargo filled in for the injured Kyrie Irving, and in his first night, looked pretty Irving-like as the Cavs raced to a 92-83 win over visiting Philadelphia on Wednesday at The Q. The victory ended a six-game losing streak for the Cavs (3-8), and snapped a three-game ride on the bright side for the Sixers (7-5). Dion Waiters added 16 for the Cavs, Alonzo Gee scored 14, and Anderson Varejao (19) and Tristan Thompson (11) each had double figures in rebounds. It was a game that few folks picked the Cavs to win, as the team was without Irving (finger) and Daniel Gibson (elbow).
