It is likely that Jason Kapono’s contract with the Philadelphia 76ers will be bought out. With this, the three-point sharp-shooter looks to receive some interest by several championship squads.
From Yahoo! Sports, Adrian Wojnarowski:
“If Kapono gets buyout, expect several playoff teams, including Celtics, Lakers, Thunder and Hornets to show interest in his shooting ability.”
Wojnarowski reported of a Kapono buyout after the deadline passed on Thursday. Kapono has been a three-point champion before at All-Star weekend, but he hasn’t done much for the past few seasons, and could return back to his great shooting form he is known for.
