The Utah Jazz have promoted David Fredman to director of pro player personnel and Richard Smith to executive director of basketball operations.
In addition, the Jazz hired Bart Taylor as coordinator of scouting and Isaiah Wright as assistant strength and conditioning coach.
Taylor interned with the San Antonio Spurs when Dennis Lindsey was with that organization.

Leslie played 10 games for the Los Angeles Clippers two seasons ago and spent time on the Utah Jazz's roster last season.
