Johnny Manziel, Sarah Savage, and his crew hit a suite at the Heat vs Spurs game and kicked it with none other than LeBron James. No big deal.
BEST OF MAXIM
So what if the Heat’s ridiculous winning streak was snapped by the Chicago Bulls? People are acting like LeBron and the Heat aren’t still tearing their way through the league in route to a consecutive championship. LeBron is playing like a man possessed and when a man with that ability is possessed…it’s a problem for his haters and the rest of the league.
On Friday night...
The San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat have different personnel and characters on their teams, but one thing that can't be denied is that they play a similar style on the basketball court.
We'll be seeing some of that Sunday when the Miami Heat visit the AT&T Center, but don't think that Heat's LeBron James is unaware of the similarities either.
Excellent analysis going back to LeBron’s Cleveland years in this piece by Kirk Goldsberry at Grantland on “The Evolution of King James,” a must-read for basketball fans and especially Cavs fans.
Which is all for today here. Hopefully we’ll be back tomorrow with a customary Tribe season preview.
Taj Gibson caught LeBron James across the neck and shoulder on a foul in the fourth quarter.
April Fool's Day is really just an excuse for folks to pull a shenanigan with virtually no consequence for their actions.Well, the Plain Dealer cashed in on this dubious opportunity by running one of the most predictable LeBron James jokes imaginable Monday morning. The Cleveland newspaper ran a headline that read "LEBRON RE-SIGNS WITH CAVS," with a much smaller subheading...
Carmelo Anthony was on fire Tuesday night as he scored 50 points in stylish fashion, while leading the Knicks to their 9th win in a row a 102-90 past the Heat. As LeBron James didn’t play due to a strained right hamstring, I’m sure many will question how much stock this performance holds when talking about this match-ups come playoff time. Either way it was fun to watch.
Miami starters LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Mario Chalmers will not play Tuesday night when the Heat host the New York Knicks.
James has hamstring tightness. Wade and Chalmers have right ankle issues. Heat coach Erik Spoelstra says the trio will be re-evaluated Wednesday.
For the Knicks, center Tyson Chandler (back) was planning to take part in the shootaround, then decide if...
Nobody has too much information on the man who referred to as ‘Worldwide Wes.’ William Wesley has been known to rub elbows with anyone and everyone. While the man is an employee for Creative Artist Agency, we aren’t quite sure what is job is. He’s close with Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Allen Iverson and Richard Hamilton, and many other players in the NBA. He seemingly is...
Following Miami’s 108-89 win in New Orleans Friday, in which LeBron James scored 23 points in less than six minutes, former NBA player and current Hornets head coach, Monty Williams, was asked whether LeBron dominates games similar to how Michael Jordan did. Williams, who played against MJ, gave a fairly straight forward answer and dissed the league’s current players.
Greg Willard, a longtime NBA referee who worked more than 1,600 games before he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, has died. He was 54.
Willard died Monday night, according to the league. He was diagnosed with the illness during last season's playoffs and worked only one more game, a preseason matchup in October not far from his Huntington Beach, Calif., home.
Some NBA players...
