JoshDhani:
Indiana Pacers’ shooting guard Dahntay Jones will be heading back to the bench again once Brandon Rush returns from injury.
The Pacers have been trying to deal Jones for some time. He will be out of the rotation if Rush is able to make the trip to New Jersey on Sunday as the Pacers take on the Nets.
Jones hasn’t done much this season and has only played eleven games. No takers are wanted right now for the defensive-stopper.
“On my depth chart, Jones is our fifth wing,” head coach Frank Vogel told The Indianapolis Star. “He’s right there next to being our second wing. There’s not a big gap in between the guys who are ahead of him. I have a great deal of confidence in him.”
