A judge in California has ruled that Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant's former housekeeper can continue her wrongful discharge case but can't sue for emotional distress. Orange County Superior Court Judge Kirk Nakamura also ruled Thursday that Bryant and his wife Vanessa can pursue their countersuit against Maria Jimenez for violating a confidentiality agreement by talking to reporters about the family.
