That NBA Lottery Pick:
A couple of days ago, Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant posted an image of himself wearing a Seattle Supersonics hat to his Twitter account via Instagram.
Durant played his rookie season in Seattle before the team moved to Oklahoma City to become the Thunder and since then, Kevin has spoken positively of the Emerald City.
Earlier today, Durant was seen by Oklahoman sports writer Darnell Mayberry wearing a similar Sonics throwback hat to today’s practice for the Thunder and image of has sent the Twitter world abuzz:

BEST OF MAXIM
Seattle fans were pretty bummed out when the Supersonics left in 2008, and they are in a bad mood again now that a bid to move the Sacramento Kings up north has run into roadblocks with the NBA.
They may not ever get over the sting of seeing Kevin Durant play in Oklahoma City, where he has blossomed into one of the league’s brightest stars for the Thunder, but at least Durant remembers...
The Memphis Grizzlies won Game 3 by trading physical blows with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The 87-81 victory gave Memphis a 2-1 lead in a series that the Thunder may be doomed to lose.
Memphis came out of the locker room ready to scrap in the third period besting the Thunder 22-15.
Thunder leader Kevin Durant doubled-doubled with 25 points and 11 rebounds.
After the game, Durant...
Kevin Durant has done everything to help the Oklahoma City Thunder stay afloat since Russell Westbrook went down with a torn meniscus.
Durant most nights during these playoffs will lead the Thunder in scoring, assist, rebounds, steals, and anything else relevant.
The Thunder are down 2-1 to the Grizzlies and their backs are against the wall, but as Durant told ESPN, “he still...
Kevin Durant is feeling like LeBron did in Cleveland. Doesn’t matter if you are averaging 33, 9 and 6, no one Superstar can do it alone, no matter how great you are.
That’s why I always found the argument that Durant would be better off without Westbrook to be silly. His numbers might be better, but the team would never be. Durant is a smart guy, he knows his job is harder with...
Lionel Hollins has gotten the Memphis Grizzlies within a win of reaching the Western Conference Finals, a place the franchise has never been. His team has thoroughly outplayed a Thunder team that includes Kevin Durant, who is performing at a higher level than he ever has before. Yet that success should not insulate Hollins from criticism for some very curious decisions.
Every game has been close. Every game has been decided in the last five minutes.
By all accounts, the Thunder and the Grizzlies are comparable and evenly matched.
It's a 3-1 Memphis and it could be the other way around. Which is fitting, because for the Thunder, it's a "What-If" kind of finish to a season that fairly recently didn't require a question at all...
Serge Ibaka wouldn’t normally be the focal point of the Oklahoma City Thunder’s offensive outlook, but with Russell Westbrook out for the remainder of the playoffs, Ibaka has become a focal point.
Add to the equation that in essence, the Thunder chose Ibaka over James Harden last summer, and his lack of offensive punch becomes an even bigger issue.
Ibaka is struggling mightily...
It’s mother’s day so of course some of your favorite jocks took to Instagram to shout out their favorite girls. Dodgers’ star Matt Kemp, Thunder all-stars’ Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, Celtics Jeff Green, Knicks Iman Shumpert, Tulsa Shock’s Skylar Diggins and Giants WR Victor Cruz are just a few of the names who shouted out mama for the Gram. Check the photos and...
The Memphis Grizzlies are showing a knack for closing out tight games against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
All that's left to prove is whether they can finish off a playoff series that's been nip and tuck throughout and move on to the Western Conference finals for the first time in franchise history.
In each of the first three games of the series, the go-ahead bucket was...
Woo, I Say, Woo
The first half was about as good as the Thunder can play in the post-Russell Westbrook Era. Kevin Martin was hitting shots, Serge Ibaka had shaken off his gremlins, Kevin Durant was being the most efficient scorer on the planet, and Nick Collison was making his Veteran Poise plays. They turned Mike Conley into a shooter rather than a passer, fought the Grizzly bigs...
