Hayes' contracts runs through 14-15, which would compromise the Cavaliers' cap space for 2014. With the Denver Nuggets moving toward acquiring Randy Foye and the Atlanta Hawks now also pursuing Brandon Jennings, the Kings may become the best opportunity for Ellis to get a multi-year deal.
