Steve Novak, a former San Antonio Spur, has been picked up by the Knicks off of the waiver wire. The 6’10″ Marquette alum will help to add some shooting ability to the struggling Knicks bench.
This addition does not affect the $2.5 million the Knicks have left to offer before the trade deadline. According to the NY Daily News it’s “not out of the question” that the Knicks will preserve this money to offer to some of the players still under contract in China.
