The five-time NBA champion and arguably the greatest player in the world’s career will soon be coming to an end. Kobe Bryant has two more years as he signed a contract extension this recent year.  He is very hungry for a sixth championship, and that is why he signed a contract extension. However, if the legend wants to win, there must be adjustments in the Los Angeles Lakers box office. Mike D’Antoni is the key center to Kobe Bryant winning or not winning his sixth championship. D’Antoni has had this entire season to coach, and the Lakers have winded up with the worst record in the western conference. Bryant has only played a total of six games this season and is probable to miss the rest of this season. Under the coaching, Bryant should sit out the rest of the season and wait until things are situated in the box office. In Bryant’s last few years, it looks as if he is disintegrating. However, it is only a figment of one’s imagination as the black mamba’s team, the Los Angeles Lakers, aren’t disintegrating as much as they have a horrible playing style. Once again, it’s the coaching, and not the players. The Lakers’ championship power forward Pau Gasol has been in heated talks with the coach, and it looks just like it did before Dwight Howard left. Gasol is saying that D’Antoni is not using him right, and he is likely to leave the organization. Bryant is a hall-of-famer, but he is not satisfied with his career yet. As said before, he is starving for his sixth ring, and he makes sure everyone knows it. It was thought that Kobe would retire after this year. However, due to his injury, and not even standing a chance this year, he signed for two more years hoping to find some help. If Bryant does not win within the next two years, he will probably retire in order to spend time with his family. Bryant doesn’t give up, but he will be 37 years old when he retires, and he is not even thrilled to be playing at the age he is now. If Bryant can pull in some help, with his mentality, he will probably have his sixth championship. Twitter: @TrendingTristan Photo Credit: Kobe Bryant Facebook Page

Kobe Bryant praises Allen Iverson after retirement ceremony

It seems like quite a while ago that Los Angeles Lakers icon Kobe Bryant was battling Philadelphia 76ers legend Allen Iverson.
