If you are going to bother responding to someone like Mark Cuban when he presents a ridiculous hypothetical like he did in regards to Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers, the best way to do it is not how the team initially did with an official response. That just showed that they were spending way too much time paying attention to what other people are saying and not enough on themselves. Like when Dwight Howard admitted to not being in shape recently. Come on man! You are heading to LA to play with some of the best in the game for one of the top franchises in NBA history and you don't get in shape? And you expect (and probably will get) a max contract? But I digress... Cuban was just being Cuban with his comments; something he has stated was just a hypothetical and not an actual strategy suggestion. I kind of get the feeling when I read about his response to all the coverage to his initial comments that he is kind of surprised that they were given so much weight. It appears
