So far Dwight Howard has been linked to the Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets, and Dallas Mavericks.
But now the prized free agent is reportedly interested in joining the Spurs, Steve Kyler of HoopsWorld.com reports on Thursday.
Is this just a case of wanting to play for the best team, or does Howard actually see himself playing at the AT&T Center in San Antonio?
As you can see by the title, you know what the next 500 or so plus words are all about. So before I go any further, let me just say this…..Kobe Bryant will never win another title unless he leaves the Los Angeles Lakers, which he won’t do. Period!!
I’m not saying this because he is a middle age, shooting guard that’s been in the league for 17 years with lots of NBA miles...

Any team looking to get into the Dwight Howard sweepstakes will have to sign him on their own, because the Lakers will be unlikely to agree to a sign and trade of their All Star big man.

Howard will be a free agent...
It’s not often that I get the opportunity to call Los Angeles Lakers center Dwight Howard, a talking turkey, but he will be lending his voice to a talking turkey in an upcoming animated motion picture.
The movie is called “Free Birds” which will be produced by Relativity/Reel FX and D-12 will voice a time traveling bird:
Howard plays Cold Turkey, one of the Wild Turkeys that...
With NBA free agency set to kickoff July 1, the biggest names out there this offseason – Dwight Howard and Chris Paul – are crafting a plan of their own that would involve them playing together for a serious contender.
On Friday, ESPN.com’s Chris Broussard reported that Howard and Paul have been in contact with each other about possibly joining forces this offseason.
Dwight Howard and Chris Paul have been in contact with each other in an effort to play for the same team next season, according to sources.
The Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers do not have the available cap space to allow Howard and Paul to team up, which would necessitate an unlikely trade scenario.
The Houston Rockets, Dallas Mavericks and Atlanta Hawks all have cap...

That by the way is the funniest picture I could find of these two, even though it’s 8 years old. But sources are saying Dwight Howard and Chris Paul have been talking about playing together, now that the two are free agents again. The team being thrown out there is Atlanta, even though Dwight doesn’t want to play in his hometown and CP wants to stay in LA. So as of right now...
