To borrow an ugly phrase used mostly in the 2004 presidential election, Kobe Bryant is a flip-flopper. It now appears that every 15 minutes Kobe wants to either stay with the Lakers or be traded. Current news reports now reflect him wanting to be traded once again. There can be no sweeter news heard by the man who is now and apparently has been for the last few years running the Lakers, Jimmy Buss. This article is a great recap of not only Kobe but also the Lakers and their management decisions in the past. Is Kobe completely wrong for wanting to be traded? Or does the past prove that the future will be no better? It's going to be hard to move Kobe from L.A. but I still wouldn't count it out.
