ESPN’s Marc Stein reports that the Bulls are signing center Kyrylo Fesenko to a non-guaranteed contract and he will join the team for training camp starting next week.
One small problem: the Bulls are hard-capped for the entirety of the season at $74 million, and are currently so close to the cap that they cannot even expend enough to add a player at the veteran’s minimum.

Both Danny Granger and Nene Hilario suffered some minor injuries this week and will be under the watchful eye of their camps.
Granger tweaked his knee, mildly and Nene is suffering from plantar fasciitis in his left foot. Both big men are vital pieces to their respective teams, the Pacers and Wizards, and will be taking easy heading into training camp in the coming days.
