Samuels, who stated on Twitter that he is completing the necessary paperwork, will rejoin the team in Minnesota on Thursday for the second contest of a seven-game road trip. Born in Jamaica, the 22-year-old Samuels is averaging 7.2 points and 2.5 rebounds this season.
