The Los Angeles Lakers assigned rookie Robert Sacre to the D-Fenders of the NBA's Developmental League. Sacre, a 7-foot forward/center from Gonzaga, was the Lakers' second-round pick in the 2012 draft. In eight games with the Lakers this season, he has two points, two rebounds, one assist and two blocks. The D-Fenders open their season Wednesday night in Los Angeles against Idaho.
