As previously noted on this fine website, LeBron James is a fan of riding his bike but even we didn't know that LeBron takes his bike riding seriously. In a Sun Sentinel article done by Shandel Richardson, she reveals that LeBron has started biking to and from Miami Heat home games: Suddenly, James was spending more time on the bike than driving around in expensive cars. The added conditioning is why he seems to have no problem logging 42 minutes in the most routine of games. That was James’ stat line in the Heat’s 103-92 comeback victory against the Minnesota Timberwolves last Tuesday at American Airlines Arena. James introduced his passion for riding when he was spotted on his bike on the way to the Heat’s game against the Chicago Bulls last January. Fatigue had little effect, with James scoring 35 points in a 97-93 victory.“I felt great,” James said. “I didn’t get tired. I don’t think I got tired (Tuesday) night. I felt great. I could have played again if we had to. Yeah, I’ve been biking a little more than usual. It’s fun. It’s also conditioning, it’s cardio.”James has made the bike ride from his Coconut Grove home three times this season. Each trek takes from about 30 to 45 minutes, depending if James is “pushing it.” Last Saturday he made the trip four times in one day, riding to shootaround and back in the morning. A few hours later, he rode back and forth for the game against Washington Wizards. Now, if your friends mock you riding your bike to work...just tell them you're "LeBron Jamesing It".

Johnny Manziel, Lebron James, and a demon-eyed Longhorn fan.

Now that we've established that Texas A&M Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Johnny Manziel can afford courtside seats to Thursday night's Mavericks-Heat game, here's a shot of Johnny Moneybags with LeBron James. But forget about LeBron - check out the demon-eyed dude in the back throwing the "Hook 'em horns" hand gesture. Texas is the debil, ya'...

LeBron James Has Not Committed A Foul Since December 8th

The Number 12 is getting a lot of play this holiday season. First (and most importantly) it’s the Year 2012, which means the world is ending tomorrow (count this as your friendly reminder). Then there’s the song “12 Days of Christmas”, which is on heavy rotation. And, finally, the Oklahoma City Thunder are on a 12 game winning streak. In a related story, LeBron James is having...

LeBron getting serious about biking to games

MIAMI If you saw a 6-foot-8, 250-pound guy riding a bicycle late at night in Miami, that might indeed have been LeBron James. The Heat star forward turned some heads last season when he biked to a home day game against the Chicago Bulls. As for this season, James said he's biked back and forth to three games and they've all been at night. "I got lights on my bike...

Lebron James likes Trindad James, “woo”

One of the hottest songs out right now is Trindad James’ “All Gold Everything.” Another James was spotted rapping along with one of the songs most popular lines while warming up on the court. LeBron over 20 again, Heat beat Mavericks 110-95

LeBron James scored 24 points with some early baskets on nifty passes from Dwyane Wade, and the Miami Heat rolled to a 110-95 victory over the injury plagued Dallas Mavericks on Thursday night. James has scored at least 20 points in all 23 games, the longest streak to start an NBA season since Karl Malone's 24 in a row opening the 1989-90 season. Dallas, still waiting for the...

Jabari Parker ends recruitment with Duke commitment

Make no mistake, 6-8 forward Jabari Parker of Simeon (IL) is not the “best high school basketball player since LeBron James”, as touted by Sports Illustrated last year. In fact, several class of 2013 members, like 6-8 forward Andrew Wiggins of Huntington Prep (WV), twin Kentucky guards Aaron and Andrew Harrison of Fort Bend Travis (TX), and beastly power forward Julius...

Mavs overpowered by Heat in Dallas

DALLAS (AP) -- LeBron James scored 24 points with some early baskets on nifty passes from Dwyane Wade, and the Miami Heat rolled to a 110-95 victory over the injury plagued Dallas Mavericks on Thursday night. James has scored at least 20 points in all 23 games, the longest streak to start an NBA season since Karl Malone's 24 in a row opening the 1989-90 season. Dallas, still...

Wanna guess who led Heat to win?

Dwyane Wade scored 24 points, LeBron James added 22 points and 11 assists and the Miami Heat survived a huge rebounding differential to beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 103-92 on Tuesday night. Chris Bosh scored 15 points and Mario Chalmers added 12 for the Heat, who gave up 21 of the game's first 24 rebounds and wound up getting beaten 52-24 on the boards -- yet still won. ...

Heat 110, Mavericks 95

DALLAS -- This isn't the rivalry it once was. Less than two years removed from clash in the NBA Finals, the Miami Heat and the Dallas Mavericks have gone separate ways. The Heat's 110-95 runaway Thursday night victory at American Airlines Center was just the latest example. LeBron James had it going early as Miami coasted to its third consecutive regular-season win over...
