Lebron James has taken ire with the League’s decision to not suspend Serge Ibaka for his groin hit on Blake Griffin in Sunday’s game. Ibaka was instead just fined $25,000 after his actions were upgraded to a level 2 foul after review. The punishment, or lack thereof led to a backlash on social media with many scratching their head over the lenient ruling. Lebron James himself, couldn’t resist the urge to voice his two cents on the matter: So explain to me the difference? My teammate gets a 1 game suspension and 150k+ taking away from him for his groin altercation #strangetome — LeBron James (@KingJames) March 5, 2013 Lebron made reference to the 1 game suspension levied against teammate Dwyane Wade for his groin kick on Bobcats guard Ramon Sessions.

Serge Ibaka Hits Blake Griffin In Groin

In his time in the league, Blake Griffin has made plenty of dunk highlights at the expense of many. It’s very rare that Griffin ends up on the bad end of a play that goes viral. Well, there’s a first time for everything. In today’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Serge Ibaka took a huge cheap shot against Griffin. Guys, I’m sure you can feel Griffin’s pain. You...

Serge Ibaka Being Fined only $25k and NOT Suspended for Blake Griffin Nut Shot is Absurd

Magic Johnson is offering $1 million to get LeBron James in the Slam Dunk Contest

Friday I pleaded to stop the madness and obsession over the made up controversy swirling around LeBron James and his dunking.  No less than 24 hours later, Magic Johnson put up $1 million dollars on national television to try to entice LeBron James to participate in next year's dunk contest. I kid you not.  One.  Million.  Dollars.  Here's the video evidence from...

Magic Johnson Says He’ll Pay Lebron James a Cool $1M to Participate in Dunk Contest

First of all, Magic Johnson isn’t stupid. The guy actually turned out to be a quality businessman. You don’t think he’ll get a serious return on this million somehow? Secondly, I’m tired of this story. I think Lebron is the best player in the world by far. I think he’s a cheesedick for not participating in the Dunk Contest. I don’t go to bed worrying about it. Newsflash...
