As you might figure, the Houston Rockets are doing their best to market new star center Dwight Howard and it appears that one of the routes they are using is the billboard one. Check out the below image courtesy of Reddit user EchoesOfADistantDay which shows a billboard depicting Howard opening a suit jacket similar to Superman: Clearly, the Rockets think they have found their Clark Kent by day.
It seems that Shaquille O’Neal picked the wrong fight by calling out the city of Houston.

Dwight Howard wanted things to be about him L.A., and in Mike D’Antoni’s fast paced, pick and roll system, that was not to be.
Howard has moved on, taking his talents to Houston, and the now the Lakers need to adjust. Lakers point guard Steve Nash is prepared to move on, and told the L.A. Times, that the “Lakers offense will be more fluid without Dwight Howard.”

Dwight Howard may be gone, but since that fiasco the Los Angeles Lakers have made several shrewd personnel moves for bargain prices. Their latest acquisition continues that trend, as the team announced the signing of free agent forward Wesley Johnson today. Reports indicate that it is a one-year deal for approximately $1 million.
