Look of the Day for Thursday 4/4: This play is neat for Sixers-Heat

We weren't able to cash in on our MLB under Wednesday night, leaving us two more chances to scratch out a positive week in Look of the Day. Let's switch over to the NBA and get back on track with our favorite play for Thursday's slate.

Look of the Day: Philadelphia 76ers @ Miami Heat under 210 (-112 DraftKings)

Thursday, 7:30 p.m. ET, BSSUN, NBCS-PH

This is a crucial game in the Eastern Conference between the No. 6 seed Miami Heat and the No. 8 seed Philadelphia 76ers, and we're expecting a playoff-like intensity with these two teams only 1.5 games apart in the standings.

The Heat have been outstanding on the defensive end for the last few weeks. Miami has a 104.3 defensive rating over its last 10 games, which is the best mark in the NBA in that span. Erik Spoelstra's squad has held three of its last five opponents to fewer than 100 points.

This sets up for another strong defensive performance against a 76ers team that just got Joel Embiid back from a two-month absence. Philadelphia looked clunky on the offensive end in his first game back, and it only got to 109 points because the team shot 14-30 from three and 23-25 from the free-throw line. The Sixers won't be able to replicate that shooting performance against a sound Heat defense.

Embiid's return also slows down the pace and radically improves Philly's team defense. We love the under here.
