The Lakers are a mess. Kobe Bryant‘s future is up in the air, a large part of the fanbase wants head coach Mike D’Antoni out already and then there’s the Dwight Howard situation. And the Dwight Howard situation only got more complicated as the Lakers exited the playoffs. Not only did Howard get ejected from Sunday’s 103-82 home loss to the San Antonio Spurs, ending the Lakers’ season, but the center apparently got into an exchange with general manager Mitch Kupchak on his way to the locker room. Though he’s busy running the Dodgers, former Los Angeles great Earvin “Magic” Johnson was watching from afar, and had some choice words for Howard on social media. Johnson called out Howard for the ejection on Twitter, saying the big man needed to stay on the floor to lead his team. After the game, Johnson likely spoke for all of Laker Nation, exclaiming that he was “sooooooooooo happy” the team’s frustrating season is over. Laker Nation: Dwight Howard that was a big No, No. Your teammates and the fans were counting on you.— Earvin Magic Johnson (@MagicJohnson) April 29, 2013 LN: Dwight, I've been swept before but I never let my team down by getting kicked out of the game.— Earvin Magic Johnson (@MagicJohnson) April 29, 2013 Laker Nation: I'm sooooooooooo happy the season is over. • fucl you ahole
  • Get off of here loser, I'm tired of seeing your same stupid post on every thread.
  • Poor Dwight is a P.D. (prima donna) and finds it hard to handle the fact there are other stars on the team not just him. What he did yesterday was inexcusable. It wasn't a team move, it was a Dwight move.Sometimes players act before they think and this was one one example of what can happen.
  • Magic Johnson owns approximately 2% of the LA Dodgers. What is this talk that he is busy running their club? Nonsense!
  • If he was the best on the team, leading them, that could almost be excusable. But he's a 3rd rate chump... nowhere near stardom, in probably the best basketball city in the world... Someone needs to send him to Croatia or Yugoslavia (if those are still countries) and let him learn to appreciate the NBA and team ball.
Nah... never mind, send his ugly ass back to Orlando where he can rot with the rest of 'em...
  • Magic get a life. No one cares what you think
