Orlando Magic guard Jameer Nelson has been ruled out of Monday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers due to concussion-like symptoms. Nelson also sat out Sunday's home loss to the Indiana Pacers after taking an inadvertent shot to the head in Friday's game against New Orleans. Chris Duhon started for Nelson and scored 14 points. He is expected to start again Monday. Nelson, who will turn 30 next month, has struggled this season and is averaging a career-low 8.1 points per game.
