The Mavericks came close to a franchise record for fewest rebounds in a game and were otherwise dominated by the Cleveland Cavaliers Saturday night at Quicken Loans Arena.
They ended up with a franchise-low tying 24 rebounds against the Cavaliers. It was a glass-kicking to the enth degree.
LeBron James had 25 points and 12 assists and Delonte West had a double-double (10 points, 10 assists) and Anderson Varejao had his best game of the season with 15 points.
The Mavericks never got anything going after entering the fourth quarter down by eight.
They never closed the gap in the final 12 minutes.
