The Dallas Mavericks have recalled forward Yi Jianlian from their D-League affiliate.
Jianlian, a 7-foot Chinese star, was the No. 6 pick of Milwaukee in the 2007 NBA draft.
The Mavericks signed Jianlian on Friday. After appearing in two D-League games, he is expected to join Dallas for Tuesday's contest against Detroit.
Jianlian has averaged 8.5 points and 5.3 rebounds per game for his career.
