The Dallas Mavericks' suspension of Delonte West lasted one day. The guard was reinstated to the team after meeting Tuesday with coach Rick Carlisle and president of basketball operations Donnie Nelson, according to multiple media reports. "Delonte West will be back with the team (Wednesday) for shootaround and be available for (Wednesday) night's game vs. Phoenix," Carlisle said, according to the Dallas Morning News. West had been suspended for conduct detrimental to the team, Carlisle told reporters earlier Tuesday. Though the coach didn't cite a reason, ESPNDallas.com reported that the punishment stemmed from a locker room outburst following the Mavericks' preseason win Monday.
