Got $29 million burning a hole in your pocket? Good. Because you can now live in one of MJ’s cribs for that price. Reports the Daily Herald: “For only $29 million, you could own Michael Jordan’s Highland Park mansion. Baird & Warner has listed the former Chicago Bulls longtime home at 2700 Point Dr. in Highland Park. The mansion includes 32,683 square feet of space on two levels, including nine bedrooms, five fireplaces, and 15 full bathrooms, the listing says. The mansion sits on 7 acres of land, built between 1993 and 1995. It also features a three-bedroom guesthouse, an in-ground pool and many entertaining areas. The grounds also feature a tennis court, putting green, pond, and multiple, multicar garages. The front gate of the estate is also adorned with the number 23, referencing Jordan’s Bulls jersey number.”

A friend informed me this weekend of an app for the iPhone which allows you to crumple a sheet of paper and throw it in the trash. I could have used that app, and an iPhone for that matter, watching the final six minutes of the Bulls’ first game back from the All Star break. [...]
The AT&T Center was occupied by cows, horses, sheep, rodeo clowns, and even Lady Antebellum but now the AT&T Center will finally be decorated with silver andblack from ground-up as the San Antonio Spurs (24-10) return for their first home game in 25 days. Though the building might still reek of livestock, the Spurs’ 13-1 home record they left with back on February 4th remains...
Thanks to Dwayne Wades hard foul in the All-Star game this past weekend Kobe Bryant is walking around like my man Rip Hamilton. Clearly he'll eventually take the mask off, but it could be something to keep around for next Halloween. Just throw on a Bulls jersey and be the Ripper for Halloween.

Derrick Rose scored 32 points, including the go-ahead jumper with 19.4 seconds left, and the Chicago Bulls closed with an 8-0 run to beat the New Orleans Hornets 99-95 Tuesday night.
Derrick Rose scored 29 points and the Chicago Bulls stayed on a roll by cooling off the streaking San Antonio Spurs 96-89 Wednesday night. Rose shook off a scary-looking collision with Tony Parker early that kept the reigning MVP on the floor clutching his right knee for several minutes. But he never left the game and the Bulls became just the second team to win in San Antonio this season.
