In the aftermath of Quin Snyder's exit, the Utah Jazz have already begun looking for his replacement. According to The Athletic’s Shams Charania, several candidates have emerged.

Terry Stotts, Alex Jensen, Adrian Griffin, and Will Handy are just some of the available coaches.

After the Jazz announced that longtime coach Quin Snyder resigned, The Athletic’s Shams Charania reports that Knicks assistant Johnnie Bryant, Jazz assistant Alex Jensen, Celtics assistant Will Hardy, Raptors assistant Adrian Griffin, Bucks assistant Charles Lee, Suns assistant Kevin Young and former Trail Blazers coach Terry Stotts are among the initial candidates for the position.

The Jazz are coming off a very unfortunate season. After finishing first in the West a year ago, they fell to the fifth seed this season and lost in the first round to a young and inexperienced Mavericks squad.

Besides Snyder stepping down, rumors say that Donovan Mitchell is 'unsettled' with the current direction of the team:

Amid the reverberations of Quin Snyder's departure after eight seasons as the Utah Jazz coach, All-Star guard Donovan Mitchell is described as "unsettled, unnerved and wondering what it means for the franchise's future," sources told ESPN on Sunday.

Mitchell considered Snyder a significant part of his reasoning for committing to a five-year maximum contract extension in 2020, and Snyder's decision to step away on Sunday has left Mitchell "surprised and disappointed," sources told ESPN.

The path ahead can only be described as uncertain for the Jazz. After failed attempts at making some noise in the postseason, they are on the verge of implosion.

The front office will have to decide what to do with the core this summer, and if keeping their guys together is really the best move for the future.
