The New Jersey Nets will take on the Raptors in Toronto on Thursday night. But all indications are that they could care less about their last game as New Jersey's team as they seem ready to move to Brooklyn.

On Tuesday night Kris Humphries tweeted that he was having a "Last home game celebratory dinner with my boys" What exactly was he celebrating though? The Nets lost by 18 points to the 76ers in their final game in the Garden State.

Then on Wednesday the team changed the homepage of their website to only show the this image, which features a shield that kinda looks like the NFL Equipment logo. It will presumable be the shape of the Nets' new logo which will be revealed on April 30th before the NBA lottery. Billboards featuring the new campaign then started popping up around Brooklyn. Hello Brooklyn 2.0 is also the a song title off partial owner Jay-Z's American Gangster album from 2007. The song features Lil Wayne.

Jay-Z, who helped approve the new logo and uniform design spent Tuesday hanging out with Hanley Ramirez, and the Marlins third baseman tweeted a photo of their encounter.

It seems that although the Nets are technically still New Jersey's team, they have already moved on, causing this guy to be heartbroken and Governor Chris Christie to say, "Good riddance."
