no lay-uppers equals big downers

Does anybody else feel a little wary of the draft process this year? I have been living in Memphis for a couple of years and following the Memphis Grizzlies, it seems to me that teams are made or broken by their draft picks. The 2006 NBA Playoffs were centered around the experience of the Steve Nashs and the Shaquille O'Neals. I propose the best way to beat this kind of tall jump shot play is to bombard the hoop with some new young and speedy lay-uppers.
