Mavericks’ Dirk Nowitzki Voices His Displeasure With Flopping Rule

Flopping is a part of sports. It’s certainly a part of basketball. Nevertheless, commissioner David Stern is wanting to take it out of the game. Sure, it isn’t the greatest thing to watch, but why not try to implement the most basic rule of traveling? Why don’t we start by making that simple rule count towards [...] [[ This is a content summary only. Visit my website for...

Dallas Mavericks hang out in Berlin

The Dallas Mavericks kicked off their ’12-’13 preseason abroad. The team had it’s first game in Berlin, Germany – lots of shout outs to Dirk Nowitzki. The Dallas Mavericks Get First Pre-Season “W” With Win Over Alba-Berlin

So I’m a huge Dallas Mavericks fan and an even bigger Dirk Nowitzki fan, but this game was one of the sloppiest games I have seen them play in years. However in saying that, you have to take into consideration that just in the starting lineup alone in the game, was only 2 players from the previous season, Dirk and Shawn Marion and they had just made a very long trip across the...

Jazz Day Video: 'The Mailman'

He, along with John Stockton, made the Jazz a perennial playoff team and even guided Utah to the NBA Finals in 1997 and 1998. And though he never won an NBA title, he is considered...
