Chris Copeland was one of many NBA players to have his knee scoped earlier this offseason. The procedure was done leaving plenty of time for recovery prior to the start of training camp and the regular season, but his case was magnified considering he had just recently signed a two-year, $6.1 million contract with the Indiana Pacers. While the procedure initially caused some concern, Copeland is already well along into his recovery.Earlier last week, Copeland told Scott Agness of that his knee is fine. The small forward has begun lifting weights, and he told Agness that his knee ailment “was more of a nuisance than an actual injury.”Chris Copeland downplayed his left knee surgery.
