Indiana Pacers forward Danny Granger will miss Wednesday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers with a left ankle sprain.Granger suffered the injury in the first quarter of the Pacers' 105-90 loss to the Miami Heat on Tuesday.The 28-year-old is averaging 18 points and 4.5 rebounds in 27 games for the Pacers this season.Dahntay Jones will replace Granger in the starting lineup, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Indiana Pacers forward Danny Granger is not playing against the Cavaliers because of a sprained left ankle. Granger was hurt in the first quarter Tuesday night at home in a loss against Miami and did not return. The Pacers' leading scorer warmed up on the floor before Wednesday night's game in Quicken Loans Arena to see if his ankle was OK.
